This 'Sugar Maple' cross stitch pattern celebrates the beauty of forests and woodlands. The PDF file includes TWO separate patterns so you can choose which colour palette you would like to stitch!
This is a PDF document and does not include the supplies required to make this project. You will receive 1 PDF digital file which contains:
- Two (2) main patterns including DMC colour codes and symbols;
- Two (2) patterns showcasing black and white symbols only;
- A photo of the finished pieces for reference;
- Colour key and stitching tips for the designs.
If you want to print these patterns, please note that they are optimized for printing on letter size paper (total of 6 pages).
Each design is 60 x 47 stitches and involves the use of 7 different colours (4 for the green version, 6 for the orange version). When stitched on 14 count Aida, each one fits well into a 4" embroidery hoop. The samples in the photo were stitched on 14 count oatmeal coloured Aida (fiddler's cloth).
These designs are made using mostly basic stitches with a few back stitches.
