This bundle of 5 cross stitch patterns will allow you to create your own set of Christmas ornaments showcasing a handful of everybody's all-time favourite species of birds. Every design features a bird that overwinters in Canada and each is holding a cute present.
This is a PDF document and does not include the supplies required to make this project. You will receive 1 PDF digital file which contains:
- 5 patterns including DMC colour names, codes and symbols;
- 5 patterns showcasing black and white symbols only;
- Stitching tips for each pattern.
If you want to print this pattern, please note that it is optimized for printing on letter size paper (4 pages per bird for a total of 20 pages).
Each design is approximately 40 stitches wide by 27 stitches high. When stitched on 14 count Aida fabric, they fit well in 3" embroidery hoops.
These designs are made using basic, three-quarter and back stitches along with French knots for the berries.
